Information and promotion activities

Publicity activities carried out by the Beneficiary should be appropriate for the requirements of the project.

Promotion at the Beneficiary level should contribute to public awareness that the implementation of the project is based on funds obtained from Donor States.

To carry out publicity activities in an effective way, Beneficiary has to create plan of the promotion activities, which should include:

  • target groups;
  • objectives of the promotion activities;
  • methods and measures of implementation;
  • budget of the promotion activities;
  • range of the responsibilities of implementation plan.

The Fund Operator supervises Beneficiary’s compliance with their information and publicity obligations.

All costs of the information and promotion activities will be cover from the project budget.
